На самом деле там не так уж и много, это похоже на нижнюю часть гравитационного поля в форме сердца, которое было искажено и расширено во время грозы, но я, честно говоря, понятия не имею… Это прожектор?

I’ve seen this video before and yes my friend it is weird. It is very weird…
To me, it looks like a tiny raindrop fell on the camera lens and this intense light source is reflected in this raindrop. Pay attention to when the camera loses focus this thing is still similar, which convinces me that it was not near the light source. The key point is whether the witnesses saw it only in the recording preview or with their own eyes. If it was only on the preview then I’m betting it was a raindrop.
