That’s a pretty big endorsement from a massive political player.
Like that other post said, this absolutely feels like planned disclosure.
He’s not treating this as a topic for investigation. His statement implies NHI is fact. Bravo Schumer!
Pretty much an announcement right there, proof it’s real and nobody’s crazy.
This should shut up all the naysayers who were complaining that UAP hearings were a fringe Republican distraction effort. Schumer is about as top-level Democrat as they get.
This is not a political statement per rule 14. This is recognition that the support for hearings is bipartisan. Party is not a factor in this issue.
«Schumer said in a statement. “The American public has a right to learn about technologies of unknown origins, non-human intelligence, and unexplainable phenomena.»»
«The American public has a right to learn about non-human intelligence.»
That’s a pretty big statement coming from Schumer. It’s one thing to just talk about transparency around UAP, but it would be crazy to say people have a right to learn about NHI if you don’t think, and have pretty good evidence that NHI exist. I’ve always been a skeptic to an extent, but this is getting harder and harder to dismiss.
Yes, it’s now increasingly harder to think he’s (they) coming in empty handed. Making such outlandish statement, he’s gotta know how to deliver the win..
Wow, that’s the first we’ve heard from Chuck Schumer right? Pretty strong statement/implication this stuff exists from someone so high up.
wow, strong language. sounds like he is personally convinced that it’s not all swamp-gas and Venus
Now THIS I can get behind, let’s fucking GO
He said the NHI word…wow surreal
Schumer must have seen that purported 23 minute video
Given the political landscape here in the US the last six or seven years, the sheer fact that politicians on both sides of the aisle are in agreement on getting info to the public is pretty crazy
It’s been long enough.
Time to end the charade and all work together on understanding this phenomenon. The American people deserve it. 60,000 Pilots flying deserve it.
We need to have better information on how UAP can interact with aircraft. It is a world wide phenomenon without borders.
Please read the Vallee Davis report on the 6-layer hypothesis to better understand the science behind UAP.

This is all so crazy.
I can’t imagine he says that if he isn’t aware of evidence and proof.
He’s a career politician and he’s very good friends with Biden, I can’t imagine they haven’t discussed the steps that are being taken
It’s all moving so fast
The new accounts posting bad faith arguments and ad hominem attacks are rampant. This means progress is being made.
This is kind of a wild statement. I’m actually surprised he is using terminology such as «non-human intelligence». I’d say this whole thing has caught me by surprise.
I’m curious where it leads now. Time for some people to talk.
I really do feel for debunkers( They arent skeptics), because the truth shocked me in ways I didnt even think it could when I saw some UAPs. But I had a big mindset on Space, knowing there is so much we dont know or understand. My worldview and cosmic view changed on those sightings but I had enough acceptance of the unknowns of our universe.
Debunkers are going to truly struggle. When you cannot accept the worlds flat, you just breakdown in life. It pushes people away, it prevents your growth, and it’s hard to recover from.
This is the greatest age for humanity, we arent alone, and let’s use that to do what we havent done before…shed our bullshit and damaging leadership amd unite. And after that refocus on how we will now be, let’s see if our neighbors can accept us in our best form not the divided one
This is huge.
A relief after all the talk of the human non-intelligence from prior administration.
Chuck! Chuck! Chuck! Chuck!
SCHUUUUUUUUMER!!!!!!!!
I’m so glad someone of his power in the political world is 100% behind this…. I always thought he would be the one giving pushback.
Good to be wrong sometimes LOL
*EDIT*
Chris Mellon pointed out that what he is trying to do is still not going to be enough. He said that the bill needs to deal with the overly restrictive classification used to deny access to videos and photos and things of that nature. Without that part being revised, he said that Chuck’s bill is not going to be enough, and the public will not know what they need to know. Hopefully that can be addressed.
We have this bill in workings forcing companies to disclose nhi technologies, but this thing suddenly popped up as a big surprise?
We are hitting new milestones that I never thought we would collectively see.
This is *significant*
“For decades, many Americans have been fascinated by objects mysterious and unexplained and it’s long past time they get some answers,” Schumer said in a statement. “The American public has a right to learn about technologies of unknown origins, non-human intelligence, and unexplainable phenomena.»
What if they’re not intelligent? I mean like super dumb. I think we assume too much about these theoretical entities. Maybe their space fairing days are by complete fluke and they’re just flying around the cosmos like a bunch of drunk yokels, crashing into shit and confusing the planet inhabitants.
Now maybe all the angry leftists on the Burchett threads can settle down
Finally breaking through everyone!
> The Schumer-Rounds amendment would give the federal government eminent domain over any recovered technologies of unknown origin or biological evidence of nonhuman intelligence now held by private individuals or organizations.
That’s the way Chuck.
While the attention and publicity he brings is great, the problem here is that he is giving the government 25 years to declassify the data!
I really don’t know what to make of that.
It’s right there at the end of the statement.

How about ‘we as mankind’?
Schumer said the words non-human intelligence?
Since it’s become a thing in the last day I feel like I have to add now: the article mentions Grusch about halfway through.
(Not surprising though, it’s owned by the same company that owns News Nation: Nexstar Media)
This is a big one! So cool to see such a big player take interest AND indicate that this is a bipartisan issue.
I know this is wishful thinking but wouldn’t it be something if this ended up being the thing that started lessening the division between us in this country? Hell, the entire world because we’re a species now!
This lends more credibility to the investigations and upcoming hearings.
Oh, damn! That’s huge that he’s actually taking about NHI. I hope this bodes well for the future.
If it is disclosed that governments have technology not of earth, its gunna cause such a shit show.
Where is it?
Have you used it?
Can we use it?
How much can I buy it for?
Give it to me.
Oh, now some of its missing.
Etc etc.. and multiply it by every single tech company in the world.
He did bait and switch. Said what everyone wanted to hear and then wrote draft to shut this shit down
«What the government has previously learned»
Talks about it like it’s a foregone conclusion that this is real. Not «if» the government knows anything. «Has».
I was hoping the Democrats would chime in on the topic. And hooboy.
«The lawmakers say “the sheer number and variety” of stories about UFOs have led some of them and their colleagues to believe the executive branch may be concealing information about possible visits from extra-planetary civilizations.»
That quote right there, I had to do a double take reading it in a mainstream news article.
