From what I understand- MAJESTIC and JEHOVAH were two separate projects.
MAJESTIC was the reverse engineering of the propulsion systems of crash retrievals
JEHOVAH was the project to examine “who” was operating the recovered craft — supposedly given the name by Einstein.
There is an interesting Majestic Document that looked at the problem of “governance” of the Earth and how the Visitors would interact with our world governments. It was supposedly written by Oppenheimer and Einstein, and should be taken into consideration before watching the new Oppenheimer movie.

IIRC, this document is the same one that’s been floating around the net for decades now. It’s the doc that Steven Greer says he found and presented (or just gave him the names, can’t recall) to Admiral Wilson to use to look for secret UFO programs.
I don’t have very much faith in Bob Lazar’s testimony, but he mentioned Groom Lake and Dreamland.

The last 3 really stand out if there’s any truth to the 4chan ocean larp (confirmation bias? probably). Such a list would possibly be in order from least relevant to most relevant and the last one being redacted is interesting. I’m starting to wonder if the reason congress and others requesting information on UAPs is hitting a wall for no other reason than this phenomenon being housed under an updated classification and that the meat and bones of all this is in the ocean rather than the sky.

This is totally fake. The document contains lots of interesting words, but the formatting is all wrong. Compare it to any AMHS message of the time and you will see.
That looks fake cos they’re basically calling in every single person in IC with that attn list
