Rather than trying to grapple with whether someone is credible or not, I suggest listening to multiple sources from a variety of disciplines. Even those not typically associated with the UFO phenomenon directly. If you find that multiple sources offer corroborating data points, then you can start to build on that.
Don’t come to social media looking for a black and white conclusion on someone’s credibility. There are too many uninformed trolls and bad faith actors here. You have to do the homework and use your own critical thinking.

Without proof there is no more credibility than what each one wants to give it, having said that, I don’t know how it is sustained that dozens of species walk the Earth without announcing themselves, many say that perhaps they have a directive to the Star Trek, but the truth is that the fact that they are among us, as this man said, fly their ships or contact random people, already violates said directive.
Personally, I’d love it to be real, better to find hundreds of species at once than fall into the hands of just one, but it’s just that, positive thinking with nothing to back it up.

Sounds like the gist of it is probably right, but the details are off a little. He probably did get some real information from somewhere, but his understanding is incomplete. He filled in the blanks with his own small human religion, which looks like copium. It’s a very human thing to do, but it gives him away embarrassingly.
He seems like a good guy and I believe he was trying to contribute to disclosure for good reasons, but 60-some species of aliens don’t give a shit about our cargo cults or human mythologies. NHI might have even been responsible for those deceptions in the first place. Most of them must be highly advanced civilizations who can traverse space-time or travel through dimensions, or they’ve at least been exposed to beings that do. Generating some wine or fish from the replicator or changing bodies isn’t a miracle, it’s their 15-minute break between shifts.
I’m sure they think the human tendency to try to force new realities into whatever religious box they were regionally born into is quaint. That human religious hubris probably pisses them off. It sure makes it difficult to teach them things that are incongruous with ignorant assertions written down by ancient cultists.
