These old clippings are great for the little details they contain, like, the «40 -48 frames of film taken» from a camera operator with Cleveland TV station by the Air Force. Someone should do an «evidence in existence» database

Submission statement: This New York Times article is interesting since it demonstrates there’s been a clear pattern of the govt covertly monitoring and studying UAP activity without overtly admitting to doing so. When the paper was written, there was already a 30 year long history of the agency covertly monitoring UAP activity and it stands to reason those clandestine operations never stopped since UAPs have always been reported sporadically but consistently throughout the decades.

It’s worth noting the irony of the “Ground Saucer Watch” organization taking the CIA’s interest as proof that UFOs exist and of a government cover up while citing a memo that says, paraphrasing, “don’t tell the press because the public will say our surveillance is proof of UFO’s and a government cover up.”

Stuff like this makes me wonder why John Ramirez is held in such high regard in this community. I’m new to it, but thinking that someone from the CIA is now, very public with information that is often shielded behind NDA’S or SAP’s and «Patriotism» would not be the most believeable source?

Is there some piece that I just don’t know about about information he’s provided or said that has allowed him to be such a prominent figure and not just a spook out to continue the work of cover up and misdirection that the CIA has done for 70 years?
