Found it via reverse image searching. It was featured in a magazine called Birdy. It is an art project by someone named Caitlyn Grabenstein. See for yourself below.

I tried reading the text but it seems too abstract for me.
Fake.
Look at the lighting, the cars in particular are being lit from the right, shadows falling to the left. Both saucers are lit from the left and dark on the right.
Looks AI-generated to me, especially the road on the horizon
Yeah, this is probably AI-generated or poorly edited.
-Sunlight on the UAPs coming from the left. Sunlight on the cars coming from the right.
-Incomplete date/time stamp
-Oncoming cars further up the road incomplete, just blobs.
-Inconsistent lines on the road.
Its fake look like 2 cars are blurred out and the shadows from the cars is opposite to the ufo when zoomed in the light is on the left side and the right is darker…
Also lets use some common sense if there was a tornado you wouldn’t be driving to it or stay in the passing lane and where the tornado hit near the car that car is perfectly lined up with the road and natural instinct would be to swerve away from it…
It’s definitely faked. The car shadows run from right to left, meaning the sun would be to the right. The ufo’s have been lit on the wrong side…schoolboy error
It’s almost pointless to post pictures and videos these. Everything is «fake» or a lie.
Cars on a highway driving towards a tornado 🤔
