Aha, but see, none of the SAP programs with the reverse engineering programs *are* «UAP-related», on paper. The reverse engineering is being illegally held within unrelated programs, according to Grusch.

My understanding is/has been for awhile that anything related to these programs were transferred to private companies (defense contractors, weapons companies, etc.) SPECIFICALLY to avoid freedom of information requests.

So if there was a downed craft — for example — the private company shows up and takes the materials away, and then whatever gov agency comes by and sees nothing there, and files a report to say just that. So when there is a FIA request they can say, «See? The report says nothing happened and was signed by someone who was there!».

Honestly, it’s very clever and makes the burden of proof that much more difficult.

Everything they do is already illegally separated from all oversight, so it’s not like they’re telling anyone who needs to know that these programs even exist.

Even the DoD and AARO say they don’t exist, which means someone up the chain of command is not revealing anything despite being legally obligated to do so. That means long-term military career and maybe private industry groups have been completely ignoring the United States laws, rules and regulations for years with impunity, and it’s not so difficult to perpetuate up until now since any leaks are simply disbelieved as impossible (until now anyway).

So, I really don’t think this will change anything.

For the additional provisions to matter at all, you have to out the likely high ranking corrupt military individuals who are breaking the law and committing what I’d consider crimes against humanity and treason for 80+ years, whether they’ve been doing it by coercion or by choice (and probably by belief, and I’ll expand on that later).

I imagine the vast majority of their cohorts have no idea that they’re involved in this, and if they do, they either don’t believe it or assume nobody will believe them, and those in the know are probably afraid for their lives.

How do you get protection from groups who are officially in high ranking capacities in the military, maybe some in the intelligence communities, private contractors, etc when nobody will even believe what you’re trying to warn them of? Then you get your life ruined, or your family killed, your past erased, everything, and there’s nobody you can go to about it.

Congress better be protecting these whistleblowers lives, but you first have to figure out who the corrupt elements are.

To dig these people out, honestly I imagine it might be as simple* as following the money after following whistleblower leads. How many trillions USD is unaccounted for by the DoD again? And how much of that do you think is funneled into these unofficial military groups ignoring our constitution, laws, regulatory bodies, everything in order to continue these projects and keep all of this knowledge from the entirety of humanity and the rest of the US?

This should make you incredibly angry.

Our entire «backend» of the country is completely fucked way beyond just politics. This is really bad. This isn’t just hyperbole, or about capitalism, or about the industry built around profiting from war, and I don’t really know how else to put it other than it’s really bad to have such a clear rogue element operating with impunity to even parts of the DoD, to Congress, and to the President of the United States, for some 80+ years.

People think these arms of our government to be corrupt, but it seems they’re just completely blind and incompetent. Arguably that’s worse. But, at least people are slowly coming around so not all hope is lost.

Who knows how much of our monetary and debt problems we might fix just by digging into and cleaning up this mess. You might get some disclosure and then find out where the fuck all your taxes are going that you’re forced to pay while these billionaires don’t contribute anything. But I digress.

I’m also convinced that these groups won’t go willingly even if forced, not without being offered complete immunity, or more likely, not without causing US military to fight against US military and these groups fighting to the death before giving anything up, because this is bigger than anything human we can think of to have a conflict over, and it’ll be very confusing when it goes down.

This is my personal take here, but I think the violent end is much more likely as I imagine these individuals or groups have a belief system built around these aliens being here and about not exposing any of it. They’ve had 80 years of exclusive, existential esoteric knowledge of these beings, and think themselves above the entire process, President and all.

It just doesn’t bode well to me that the Air Force has been involved since Roswell, and [Air Force high command is notoriously all about Evangelicalism](https://ffrf.org/component/k2/item/13195-evangelicalism-is-the-official-religion-of-the-air-force-academy), and I guarantee they see aliens as demons or angels, or maybe both, and will turn this into a religious fight rather than a logical one.

I understand why this is a good thing in that it’s some acknowledgment that dollars have been spent on special projects, beyond the purview of Congress, and Congress wants better visibility. Great. But does this really matter if the Pentagon can’t pass an audit? We have billions and billions of dollars unaccounted for — trillions depending on who you want to believe, but at a minimum, billions! Nice to see Congress taking a stand but does anyone actually believe the funding of black projects or private contractors is just going to go away?

The F-35 program alone is probably big enough to hide a significant amount of grift.

What if they have their own source of income? I read a rumor one time that they had their own way of making money. Even though it’s just a rumor I’d like to hope they are thinking of this and figuring out a solution around that as well just in case.

The UFO SAPs are not funded in a way that congress can trace, their funding is siphoned off other unrelated projects that congress is very aware of.

These project have been going on for decades, they have many ways of hiding them and circumventing audits, none of them have ever been stated as UAP projects since their inception.

Not to worry I am sure the CIA could teach them how to ship and sell cocaine to fund their little projects.

This is what the additional security measures and new checks and balances (when they were previously found via Pentagon audit investigation sometime between ‘93 — ‘96) that were alluded to in the Wilson meme were allegedly designed to prevent…

In the early 90s, program was almost outed and funding turned off. Gatekeepers said measures in place to mitigate a future scare and that that audit was not supposed to find them in the first place. Pentagon chief at the time was Les Aspin (apparently got into tiff with gatekeepers) President was Bill Clinton. Make your own assumptions there. We will see if they can remain hidden this time around.

If this is true the us government just confirmed the existence of these black ops, and although I found it very plausible, conformation still shakes me to my core. It both confirms that I’m not so cynical that evil does not shake me, and it presses on the danger we are all in as a spices.
