this is about semiconductors manufacturing capabilities. the US always wanted to keep china on a lower shelf when it comes to semiconductors engraving technologies. US forbid the netherlands, only manufacturer of microchips engraving systems, to provide to china the latest machines so US can keep a leap forward.. some believe the MH370 flight that disapeared was taken down by an US operation because critical microchip tech was loaded aboard to china along with engineers.
