you have misused the word «dimension» an obscene amount of times
My theory is UFOs are stationary objects in whatever dimension or time period they’re from. They manipulate a dimension/timescale remotely as if moving the universe around their vehicles instead of them moving through the universe. This is how they’re able to break the laws of physics regarding speed and time. To us it looks like they’re flying through a space. To them they’re just sitting stationary in a different dimension.
This is assuming they aren’t from our dimension.
I believe that aliens were just humans from an advanced civilization that existed many years ago. They left because the world was going through some sort of event that wiped out many of them. They evolved to fit into the new world they live in but still visit our world because it was there’s at some point to begin with. They crash *sometimes* because they’re advanced but not perfect.
I think they have more to do with. Spirituality and afterlife just a theory

They keep crashing because at first, our radar technologies brought them down accidentally. Once we humans realized that, the special access programs began developing weapons to do just that, bring down these craft, and then some.

What kind of dimensions you’re talking about?
We are all in 4D space-time. There is no reality to fewer or greater macroscopic dimensions. The idea of something living in 3D (1 less dimension than our physical universe), or living in 2D (2 less dimensions) is something that only exists in our thoughts, not reality. And there isn’t a macroscopic 5th dimension either. Perhaps there are additional microscopic dimensions, as in String Theory, but String Theory has yet to propose any experiments or have any verification at all, so far it is just math that has gone nowhere for 50 years.
