I know that if I was a grifter I’d definitely target Marco Rubio. Also Rand Paul.
I think we tend to conflate the programs existing with claims of crashed alien craft existing…we shouldn’t.
In other words, saying more people are coming forward and verifying that these programs exist, isn’t really helpful. Ok, they exist…that makes no concrete claims regarding what they may or may not possess.
Keep in mind, these programs are focusing on ALL UAP recovery — including craft from foreign militaries.
Even when you listen to the content of Rubio’s statements, you can tell his focus is on these illegal programs existing…NOT what the programs may or may not possess.
It’s a huge leap to assume, because the programs exist, that automatically means they have crashed alien craft and dead alien bodies.

If they can travel faster than the speed of light then we have no idea what they are capable of. I wouldn’t try to contact any UAP.
Senator Rubio did not say other whistleblowers claimed UAP had been recovered or that there exist back-engineering programs. He said people with high-level clearances have come to him, but didn’t explain what they said.
Sen. Rubio also said,

I’ve seen the interview and I waited for him to say others corroborated specific claims, but he never did.
I personally believe we do have UAP that we have back-engineered, or have attempted to. I also believe we have bodies. However, Rubio did not claim that to be the case.
