**Dr. Armando Fortunato:**

We are here with my great friend Dr. Janini, a great medical colleague, famous pathologist, and coroner too, with expensive laboratory experience, and a great clinical and laboratory researcher. It’s the first time, in these 27 years, that I give a statement on the subject related to the Varginha ET. I’d like to say that I wrote this statement down:

«I’m Armando Fortunato, a sanitary doctor. I was the Varginha Secretary of Health during the COVID-19 pandemic, and coroner at the time of the event. I did the autopsy on soldier Chereze, whose body was taken to the coroner’s office on suspicion of medical error. Anatomopathological material was collected and sent to the famous pathologist Dr. Janini, my great friend here, for further laboratory examination. An external injury was found on the body, a fresh scar and an infectious injury in the left axillary region, a hidradenitis, in remission, in the healing process. The patient had supposedly been examined by three doctors in the days earlier and had been treated as suffering acute lumbar sciatic pain, and they used anti-inflammatories and potent analgesics, masking an evolving infection, which led to severe sepsis. Considering what was said by a farmer friend, Mr. Antonio Jose, and his son, Marcelo Costa, living near Varginha in the city Tres Pontas, say they saw a craft resembling a luminated bus at night about 3 days earlier at his farm’s main house. And also the deaths of the animals at the Varginha zoo, deaths with unknown causes. And also the three girls here in the city, saying they saw in a field in Varginha, in broad daylight, a different being, is what led me to think there really were extraterrestrial beings wandering around our city in those days. That’s what I have to say. This is my first statement on the subject. And this is the contribution I can make in search of the truth.»

Perfect. About the bacteria, I’d like if you could talk a little bit about the strange bacteria that was found in Marco. If you could, Dr. Armando, just give us an introduction, how was that day, how did Chereze get there, how was it before you did the autopsy, just some words about those days and then we talk about the bacteria.

**Dr. Armando Fortunato:**

The Chereze case, as he was a member the military police, an institution always very careful in its investigations and sometimes even conducts a military police inquiry, had also been examined by some medical colleagues, great professionals in the city. He had an unusual development and we understood in that time that it had to be done, a more precise anatomopathological examination. That’s when we sent the anatomical pieces to Dr. Janini and his Institute of Prevention and Diagnosis. Now he can talk more about this subject.

Great. Dr. Janini, could you make some comments about the bacteria and the analysis you did at that time?

**Dr. João Janini:**

That bacteria led to a serious evolution, not expected by the type of bacteria that was found. Now, the type of bacteria was found by the present methodology. But we didn’t think to run other tests in addition to the characterization defined to the bacteria.

My question is: if you are facing an extraterrestrial event, if you are analyzing it, you have to understand that this bacteria could be the second character in that event.

We have the ET itself and we have another being that came with him, that special bacteria. Or not. But I’d like to see the ufologists researching this subject to not focus on just the one thing (nuts and bolts only) because I’m showing them there is another direction to go.

No, I don’t think so.

You believe in the bacterial hypothesis, then?

**Dr. João Janini:**

They didn’t turn anything off. Now it could be considered that this ET was full of (nuclear) energy and radiated on Marco Chereze, and then Chereze was… We hadn’t seen anything in his body related to irradiation of radioactive phenomena. He didn’t have skin burns, he didn’t have anything to make us think about ablation of his immune system. It was a strange being, but there was zero evidence it was a radioactive being. I believe so because the girls claiming to have been with it in close proximity, also have never shown any radiation sickness, nothing. I don’t think that his immune system actually tried to resist it very hard. Because bacteria are smart. It creates escape systems in the face of aggression against it. It’s called bacterial resistance, the generic term of this.

**Dr. Armando Fortunato:**

Sepsis, a septic shock, usually evolves very quickly and seriously. What surprised us and caught our attention was the bacteria found in the anatomopathological exams, performed by Dr. Janini, was found in the blood vessels of the heart. This type of bacteria was found. But what caught our attention in this case was the type of bacteria discovered by Dr. Janini’s team in the exams of anatomical pieces, but mainly in the blood, because it’s highly unusual. This is the issue he’s been trying to draw attention to. Who was the extraterrestrial really? An individual or the bacteria it was carrying? Or both?

Listening to the testimony of Dr. Janini, it’s something very curious. It is strange due to the distinct way he describes this bacteria. He has over 70 years of experience and he’s never seen this kind of bacteria. So, it aroused my curiosity too and caught my attention.

This is my first statement on the Chereze case which I believe actually involved an extraterrestrial being. Because first I respected the public institutions involved, I respected and respect the family members, I respect (Marco) Chereze, and I think the truth has to be really discussed and put forward by the science. There’s a lot of guesswork, a lot of talk and speculation about it. In the company of Dr. Janini, who also invites us to participate in this conversation, I think it’s important to take this to the public. It’s important to show and tell the truth of this.

**Dr. João Janini:**

I have studied (the cosmos) and evolution all my life, we have to understand that everything came out of the nebula, out of the nebula in our galaxy. It’s made of stardust, it’s made of gasses, and it’s made of light. This cosmic medium from the nebula was brought to our planet, but it may have been taken to other planets as well, in other solar systems in our galaxy. So, I think we must understand this. If there are solar systems older than ours, the components in the nebula that came out to create our life, in our status today as homo sapiens sapiens that also took a long time (to develop) on another planet, that was possibly in the area, a planet that might be inside a habitable zone, and being older it would have more evolved beings. I mean, why can’t a being come from another star system, showing a technology we neither know nor could imagine? We will know everything eventually, but we’ll have to wait 1 million years.
