Several minutes I saw, I don’t know the total. I went inside assuming I’d get answers the next day on the news.
Number of witnesses:
Me, that I know of.
Descripton of sighting:
This was seen in the Louisville KY area earlier this week.
The light was stationary, about the size of the moon, but it wasn’t the moon. I thought it might be a reflection from a ground based source, but there’s nothing nearby that could have caused it.
I’ve seen stuff like that before. It’s a spotlight from a ground based source, usually some sort of party or something. I saw one last october that was exactly like that, turns out there was a town fundraiser and they had 2 big spotlights shining up into the sky. If the clouds are low, as they look here, it’s not too difficult for it to happen. I recreated it that very night with a powerful flashlight. Cool effect nonetheless!
Wow the moon.
