It appears to be a spider hanging from its silk.
I want it to be something super cool just like you, but there are too many indications that it’s an arachnid.
Before the orb appears you obviously have glare on spider silk in the top left of the frame. This persists throughout the orb on video. This makes me almost positive that that is what this is.
Still neat to watch, and I could absolutely be wrong. Just my uneducated opinion.

clearly a spider on a string/web-strain. thats what the smaller blurry circles are, its web, then it comes into view and its so close to the cam its bright and blurry. lol orb.
Sure looks like a light reflection
If it was a moving light source, you would see moving shadows of the scenery.
All orbs are dust or bugs reflecting IR light. Orbs aren’t a thing and weren’t even discussed until people started using digital cameras with low light IR settings.
It ungulates. Idk if it’s alien, could be plasma in the air. Was it super humid?

The video is intriguing. Although I am skeptical too. Just looks like it could be edited in easily.. Maybe some type of «plasmoid» if legit comes to mind? Looks like energy moving around..
I wanna believe this is an orb and who knows maybe it is, but I believe this to be a spider that is so close to the camera that it’s hard to distinguish. If you watch the blob of light the top of it moves in a pattern consistent with a spider moving his legs while spindling. Also, the bugs flying around in the background also give off a white light.
This is a moth that few in front of your security camera. It looks this color because of the Infrared lights that your security camera produced to see in the dark.

It’s a spider web…
As already pointed out, that is a spider spinning a web close to the camera. I have a similar camera setup, recently I saw the same thing while watching it live, I stepped outside to see what kind of insect it was, and it was a small spider making a web right over the camera lens.
