It’s really simple, his articles need clicks, the UAP story narrative is huge, just look at the ratings for News Nation. He can’t be an authority on UAP’s there’s too many long standing journalists / podcasters etc entrenched to gain any quick credibility, but he can he a leader in the anti UAP movement, whether he believes what he’s writing or not, it’s getting him clicks.
Think less of him actually being invested in what he’s saying, and more like a WWE heel. If he wasn’t getting clicks on articles, he wouldn’t be continuing to post stuff like this, so the hate is definitely getting his viewership numbers up.
Instead of linking to tweets like this which would give him more exposure and let him make more money, maybe just post a screenshot. If we want people like this to go away, you’ve gotta make it so they don’t get what they want.

But Steven has carved a distinct niche for his character as the sarcastic, mocking skeptic who skewers the UAP performers from his perch at the Post. Gotta love the entertainment circuit angle of it all.
