Adrian De Olmos Ordones, 42, was resting on the balcony of his house when he saw a very small figure, 40 feet away across the street, slip under the barbed wire fence of a farm and walk toward a street lamp post 20 feet away. He was 3.5 foot tall, and covered by a green garment that seemed to be inflated with air; a large metallic helmet with a glass front encased the head and came to slight point on top, surmounted by a short extension with a luminous point on top. On his back was a box like a knapsack. The witness also observed that he had only four fingers, that his feet were similar to a duck’s and that he had a tail, not long enough to reach the ground. In his right hand he had a small shiny object.
The being, startled, ran back to the fence, passed under it, and then stopped and put his hand on his belt. Two red and two blue rotating lights appeared on the backpack with two jets of sparks, aiming downwards, accompanied by a sound like an electric drill. With that, the being ascended 10 feet into the air, lifting his tail, and flew horizontally to a grove of trees 150 yards away.
Mr. Olmos, his family, and neighbours watched the lights of the figure «leaping from tree to tree» for 10 minutes, in company with another light, from which he concluded that there had been another creature.
These neighbours included the following ten people: Marvel Gonzalez, Daniela Gonzalez, Josefina Gonzalez, Luis Cortes, Carlos Cortes, Iris Cortes, Mercedes Medina de Leon, Minerva Lugo, Betsaide Lugo, and Ivi Mena Lugo.

The best UFO researcher in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean is named Jorge Martin. He is a journalist with over 40 years of experience in this field and in the past (during the 80s and 90s) he edited the magazine Enigma, which focused on UFO and paranormal topics.

Maybe this is the squirrel species from a planet where squirrels were gifted knowledge in their planet’s evolution instead of Apes. I like to think the galactic federation consists of different animal, insects, amphibian types that were gifted knowledge the same way we were early in our evolution. Now they are just watching, and waiting for us to appreciate all living things equally before being pulled into the fold. I love tree squirrel alien!
There are tons of close encounters I believe, but this sounds absolutely ridiculous. It looks exactly like 60s / 70s sci-fi illustrations (and that is probably what inspired these people to fabricate up this sighting):
aliens wearing clunky inflated «astronaut suits» with «helmets» (because that’s what we did when we went to the moon), jetpacks (because we thought personal hover technology would exist in the near future), and flashing lights (because why not?)
But it makes no sense. Why would a creature that does not want to be seen wear a suit with flashing lights? That would be like NAVY seal teams sneaking around with ghillie suits but with flashing lights. It makes no sense.
Also, I’ve never heard of such a creature being reported by anyone else. Contrast that with alien «types» described by many people all over the world, like: grays, mantids, nordics.
