2. light i think you’re talking about is a reflection against the lens due to exposure settings and street lights — they’re so bright even at this exposure you can see the yellow light against the grass and trees. (as you swing the camera left and back right)
3. it’s probably Venus (given the location, time of day, and time of year and location near the moon on the horizon which makes sense given the angles shown) but the video is too short (which I think is intentional to trick the viewers, or the person recording lacks a lot of common sense) to tell if it’s also an airplane’s landing light at distance — so my guess is one of those two.
