There’s way too much shimmering going on to determine anything, for all we know it could be a point source of light being distorted. You can see the shimmering in the trees as well as the light itself.

This video was captured on the shores of Lake Puelo located in Cushamen, Chubut, Argentina on June 16, 2021 (approximately 6:30 p.m.). The video was recorded by the journalist and photographer Nito Cortez who went for a walk with his girlfriend along the shore of the lake.

Looks like one of their surveillance drones trying hard not to go back in the water and fail. Propulsion issue there.
