Это дает Сенату и Палате представителей некоторую степень полномочий в отношении соответствующих записей, транспортных средств, технологий и т. д. Мне не ясно, подлежит ли оно принудительному исполнению или в какой степени такое правоприменение может продолжаться. Но если правительство США на самом деле бросает перчатку здесь, кто верит, что задействованные силы… откажутся от своей власти, элитарности, технологий и способности напрямую манипулировать… *самым пространством-временем???* Самый странный апокалипсис: некоторые размышления о текущем ландшафте угроз.

The two private contractors that stand to benefit from this are Lockheed Martin and Raytheon. They have already come forward and much of the wording was designed to protect private contractors from retrospective punishments for things that were or were not crimes.
Good point. Let’s hope the guys working for this ‘secret military’ decide they have better things to do than to openly fight the US military. They might have some fancy stuff, but the military has the numbers. I don’t think it will come to a fight tho they know (apparently) where all this stuff is located. Can’t fight a war without bases.
Oh and as for them doing anything too fancy like manipulating spacetime… I don’t think that would be ‘allowed’ by the ETs monitoring all this.
I think the idea is to lay the groundwork for amnesty. Hasn’t that been a long-standing theory to what would be required for disclosure?
