Grusch said he’s seen documents and, I believe, photos, too, so it’s definitely not just «he heard something».
Here’s what the reporter from Le Parisien, who interviewed Grusch, tweeted today:

Ive said it before, I’m willing to bet Grusch & Co. were smart enough to squirrel away evidence to bring out if they have to. May be videos or materials or a chunk o’ alien meat, but I think they have failsafes in place. (Obviously, this is just my speculation and a boatload of hope)
They’re doing everything by the book thus far and giving the govt the opportunity to do the right thing, but perhaps they have a backup plan.
Grusch has to have seen a lot more than he’s able to admit. Who goes on record at this high of a level and lies about aliens and ufos of all things? It would destroy any future career and his reputation. Also I’d doubt he’d risk it all on merely hearsay. I definitely feel he’s seen things directly but is unable to talk about that.
A French journalist who interviewed Grusch recently said something similar. Also keep in mind that Grusch has seen official documents, which I think constitutes first hand knowledge.
ITs been clear all along if you paid careful attention to the language that Grusch was very carefully NOT ruling out that he had first hand knowledge, just that that was not what he was publicly allowed to talk about.
He told Coulthart what he was told, but he also said that he had proof that he couldn’t discuss, but he had passed along to Congress.
Grusch is the ultimate Boy Scout. He comes to a complete stop at stop signs at 2am on deserted back roads. He checks that box on his taxes to prepay for next year.
I would 100% believe if someone said to him “I’m not allowed to show this to you, but…” he would cover his eyes and sing loudly just in case there’s audio.
If he has seen things, it’s probably from people who are so outside of the law that the law doesn’t apply to what they are doing, and thus he felt he could see it.
I get the impression that if this was all above board and it was the navy or air force and they just said “we recovered stuff. It’s top secret and we can’t share any details due to national security” we’d have never heard the name Grusch.
Of course Grusch has first hand knowledge! Do you think someone with his position within his job, as important as it is, would come out and risk everything, including his ownlife, with just words from third part witnesses? Of course not. He needs to have some tangible proof. Would the DOD back him and all the people that find his testimony credible and that stand by him? I don’t think so.
So yes..David must have for sure some ace under his sleeve that guaranties that his testimony is credible

I mean Marcus is also wrong because it’s not just info from one person. He did a thorough investigation over a long period of time and talked to a number of people and reviewed documents and photos. It’s not just a story from a single source.

As someone who has worked with intel folks a lot over the years (nothing at all related to UAPs), so much of what Lue says and does is typical «spooky behavior at a distance.» 😀
Anyone who thinks that Grusch would throw away his career and reputation based only on things people told him are… very naive.
