Guarantee you that the redacted part says «we have highly sophisticated crafts stored at WFP Air Base that logically are likely to be extraterrestrial, however, with no specific known origin, the Air Force is not assigning an origin to them.
They possess technology that is far beyond anything currently known, both public and private, across all world powers.

If I was smart enough, I would develop an AI that could closely assume or properly guess the wording behind the Redacted parts in these documents. ONE DAY MAN.
This leaves me so conflicted, so Sen. Harry Ried pushes through a 22 million dollar DOD project to look at UAP stuff , contract gets awarded to Bigilow’s niche aerospace company; not Raytheon or Lockheed or Boeing. Bigalow is a huge donor to Ried. Is this just a cash grab scam , just like Biglows NIDS project at skinwalker ranch this 22 million went to Bigalow who took it to further investigate his own curiosity. Meanwhile other members of this group are all out op opsec counterintelligence groups in the DOD. To make it even more odd that tic tac UAP is reminiscent of a darpa paper on flying midget submarines.
So if let’s say Ohio class nuke subs we’re being used as test beds for a manned flying ISR platform that is submarine launched a uptick in phenomenal sightings being attributed to anything other than what it is.

I have an idea, feed this and all the other black vault materials to a gpt variant or Vicuna or sonething and have it fill in the blanks with potential words that may accidentally have been used elsewhere uncensored. Sort if cross referencing and creating context.
