Many things have tried to warn us in the past.
These beings are kind of like intelligent energy patterns. They can move in and out of our resonance brane. Sometimes hovering just outside of our perceptions. They don’t have to travel, it’s not another dimension per say. They are just not in-sync with our perceptions.
