Declassifying everything about Roswell is a very good place to start. There is a LOT there, including some pretty profound information about what we are dealing with in terms of NHI/aliens.
It is old—like 75 years old. But the photos and film will be helpful.
I expect that Disclosure will start with the historic stuff, and move forward in scale and scope.
