I stumbled upon a very interesting series of lectures held at Rice University (Jacques Vallee, Leslie Kean, Diana Pasulka, Jeffrey Kripal and Whitley Strieber among others), and this one in particular was really good compared to the low amounts of views, so I thought I’d share it here.

The lecture is called «UFOs and Alien Contact in the Shadow of Deception» and it’s about the history of the modern UFO phenomenon and the many varieties of deception that have been a part of the conversation from the beginning. Greg Eghigian is a lively and interesting speaker and makes some great points.

There are many other lectures also well worth watching, many of which go beyond UFOs into broader paranormal topics.
