As mentioned by /u/mil24havoc already, this is a long exposure and the nature of the light is a blinking moving light such as those found on traditional aircraft flying through the air.
Why would a flying vehicle need lights after flying out of the hanger from anywhere. Its not like there is a lot of air traffic it. Are FAA regulations universal?
Thought this was super interesting. Didn’t expect to see the alignment of lights in the picture when I looked at it but it seemed too aligned to be a coincidence. Its a nice picture if nothing else.

Haven’t the v shaped lights already been debunked as stealth bombers? I know they fly em around even though there’s no need to bomb Death Valley.
