It’s what all the experiencers say.
I fear they have an interest in certain aspects of our planet, but maybe not all the ones we need as humans.
I hope that they just decide to help us fix the planet and tell us to stop screwing it up. I don’t think we as humans have the capability to turn off our greed and rampant consumerism long enough to do it ourselves.
My absolutely most hopeful expectation is that they’ve given us zero point energy with the agreement that we / they will disable all nuclear weapons and cease that area of technology until we better understand it. Maybe we thought we’d figured it out, but we are accidentally close to wiping out the entire planet if we split some other heavy element like say… 115.
I think it’s a component. Everything is breaking down and open at the same time. We shattered these records in no small measures with the industrial revolution and in increasing measure since the advent of the internal combustion engine. And then in our quest for speed and flight we helped destroy the world.
I find it interesting that UFO culture reflects three real-world anxieties:
— Nuclear annihilation.
— Climate destruction.
— AI.
The first was also prevalent decades ago, when the nuclear threat was extremely high, and has arguably resurfaced thanks to Ukraine-Russia.
The other two are relatively new.
I think a psychologist would say the UFO phenomenon is like a canvas for people’s existential fears… and hopes.
That doesn’t mean either that climate destruction *isn’t* reaching/hasn’t reached a cataclysmic point, or that ETs don’t have a connection to any of it. Who could know?
Sound like something cool is under the ice!
Humanity came from nature and our becoming conscious gave us the ability to develop technology that gave us tremendous and exponentially power over the physical.
The development of our consciousness however progressed much slower, so we are wielding powers without having the basis to use them wisely, we are still to much instinct driven and inept at acting on long term outcomes, and therefor we are engineering our end in oh so many ways, not just climate change.
Technological progress itself has become a distraction from what NHI consider the core of life, nature and the universe, and that is the experiental growth of consciousness itself. And with AI now in sight to make the experiental nearly absolete, we are heading into an evolutionary stalemate.
Too late for climate change, in 50 years most of Europe and North America will not be able to support human life because of it. Our children will curse us
No, the idea that we are even remotely close to our population to be threatened by climate change in the near future is simply not true.
These doom and gloom predictions serve only one purpose. To stop people believing scientists.
We should fix it, but it’s not the biggest problem we face
It’s summer here in the UK, it’s a that cold we’re thinking of putting the heating on 😳
If they had an interest, why not just visit and show us a replacement energy source?
There has to be ways, and I think science is making process on it, of turning excess heat into useful energy.
I believe this begins the fall of bureaucracy, or at least the start of a new branch with the intent of saving this planet.
Think of how many jobs reforestation alone could provide.
