It doesn’t matter if Greenwood think this IG investigation thinks Grusch’s complaint is the root the IG investigation — what is of significance if that no one including Greenwald has never been denied a FOIA request on the basis that releasing information regarding UAP would interfere with an ON GOING CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION WITHIN THE DOD.

How do none of you know that this was exactly what everyone was afraid of? The new designation is that AARO and UAP related material falls under some kind of criminal investigative authority that is exempt from FOIA. Basically, it makes the topic a black box. Period. That this is happening is completely fucking sideways.

there is currently a criminal investigation which sounds actually very crazy i am amazed this is even happening alot of weird things are happening at the moment which could affect alot of people ! the point this has gone this way points to things are going to happen soon wether we know about it is a different story which amazes me it has even went to this point
Time go back reread Jacques Vallee’s Forbidden Science 5… which documents two separate incidents where an internal IG black budget audits almost publicly exposed UAP Special Access programs.
That will absolutely delay any kind of release of information but also potentially discourage the heads of the SAPs from trying to tamper with the evidence.
It also means a «prisoner’s dilemma» for the participants: snitch or potentially go to jail.
I’m hoping that the potential criminal investigations make their way to Canada, where organizations involved in the program have been operating, unchecked, for decades. I would revel in the sweet satisfaction of seeing these criminal organizations held accountable by our elected representatives.
I have done hundreds of FOIAs. B7 exemption is go-to blanket «we don’t want to tell you» exemption. It does not imply a criminal investigation is underway, nobody who has a single shred of journalistic integrity would tell you this meant a criminal investigation is be under way. This means absolutely nothing. Less than nothing.

The FOIA denial stated LE could also be for «matters of national security», which is open to fairly broad interpretation. So, I don’t think it implies a criminal investigation, just the possibility of one. I think it’s more probable that they rejected the FOIA request due to some stretch of national security.
I wonder what they intend to charge the Mosul orb with?
I swear there was already a known conclusion to this, but I also thought this mosul thing/video was from the early 2000s, not more recently, so I’m probably mixing things up.
I remember hearing Robert Jacobs talk about seeing orbs interfere with the launch of an Atlas-D when I was much younger. Its amazing that he is now at the center of all this!. There was rumor for some time that he had copies of his footage of the event and that these had leaked out over time in different places.

I believe the criminal investigation is into the leakers of photos, documents and stories told to people like Corbell, Knapp and Grusch. Time will tell…
I just hope that it’s not going to end like: “We did our investigations and it was actually weather baloons, chinese spy baloons and maybe a couple of russian drones here and there”.

David Grusch said he testified house and senate gave them Documents this may be what was leaked to Grusch laughing hard if this is the case
I’m not sure it’s showing a criminal investigation into the government or if it’s the governments next way of keeping the public in the dark. It’s just another way to deny access to information
I mean not to be that guy but, can we really expect them to jus lay everything out? This is the US gov we’re talking about, we’re lucky they are even looking into the matter seeing how long we’ve been at this

Here we go, the same government that «investigated» the Russia/Trump hoax. The same government that «investigated» Hunter Biden. This is like having a homicide detective being the lead investigator on a murder he committed.
