The track would need to be so precisely designed that even a mild earthwake would be be enough to send the thing careening into the walls or ceiling at those speeds. You’d think there would be extensive fracking bans if a continent-wide mach-2 subteranian rail system existed (since fracking can cause earthquakes).
And even something like a large Sewer Tunnel can take for fucking ever to build. Well I guess that could explain why the infrastructure of the U.S. is collapsing. We can’t have structurally sound bridges AND maintain an advanced underground railway system that connects dozens of secret military bases.
500 billion dollars a year would be a shoestring budget to build massive underground cities and a continent spanning «mach 2» rail line. This would be a megaproject on such a scale that nothing could possibly keep it a secret unless you handwave it away with «but aliens».
Those are some extraordinary civil engineering claims.
What I have the most difficulty with is the number of people involved. Were that many involved it would have been very difficult to keep secret. And the technology issue, a long tunnel system with Mach 2 vehicles would require a great deal of excavation, a large power system, construction staff, vehicle manufacturing, etc.

I can’t say, because I’ve heard them before and dismissed much of them. But, suddenly, in the light of developments recently I can’t dismiss them any more.
Obviously they might not be true, but so much has been corroborated that they can’t be easily ignored. They *might* be true, or at least many aspects might be, in which case we shouldn’t hide from them. But they’re *horrible* claims. And there’s practically nothing we can do.
I’m not even sure in this scenario if I’d want to be one of the ‘lucky’ 20% — I rather think the 80% will be better off.
Home video and the expansion of television in the 80s and 90s brought UFO stories to the general public. The period was filled with an explosion whistleblowers, eye witness accounts, disclosure claims, etc. In 1995, the alien autopsy video was broadcast on a national network in prime time, advertised as a real video. It’s certainly debatable, but the 90s UFO hysteria is equivalent to what we are seeing today.
I am not versed on the Ufology before the 90s, but there were other hysteria periods, scaled to the available media at the time. Even in 1947, the initial Roswell newspaper article caused quite a stir for several years afterwards.
The one thing that seems to be true is that the disclosure hysteria is cyclical. When people get tired or feel duped, UFOs go quiet. After some time, the topic resurges. I am not claiming an invisible hand or intentional conspiracy, but there is lots of evidence to point to the UFO topic getting rebooted or re-contextualized for new generations. I don’t think this is a culture thing, but a marketing thing. You need to market books, conferences, documentaries, podcasts, etc to the widest possible audience.

I’ve only ever really heard Phil Schneider was fed a lot disinformation by Richard Doty. So I’m unsure how to discern what’s true and what’s false.
Look, much like Lazar, I’d love to believe their admittedly cool story. But Phil was a schizophrenic who cut off his own digit for some reason, and had a track record of mentally ill behavior.
It’s very sad that people took advantage of him to make money from him speaking on the UFO circuit, and I know he believed what he was saying, but all evidence points to him being very, very sick, and delusional.

Why are all the material names from Star Trek?
1. They’re aliens… why would they not just immediately wipe us out instead of waiting until 2029?

One thing in this list of claims that I can add my own anecdotal 1 cent to is how big some of these govt sites may be and just a heads up — I don’t have any evidence other than this was told to me from an old coworker.
I used to work with an electrical engineer who used to do routine govt contract work primarily at military sites in the southwest. I guess one of them was Groom Lake so he had to sign a bunch of nda’s but I guess felt pretty okay with telling me this in the break room. He even said the gov regularly contracted outside guys at these places and was pretty casual about it for a time (1980s). His job there had him installing additional electrical for new fire safety systems. He didn’t claim to see anything crazy as he was mostly relegated to one area immediately below a main hanger and had a guard. But he DID say that he was given a schematic for that area so he could get a sense for the quantity of parts to order for his installation. When he gave them the number, they ordered like 35 times his requested amount, had him finish the one floor and let him go. His conclusion was that the facility had at least 35 floors underground based on that order requisition and some readouts he was given for like the electric transfer station that supplied the base (which indicated the base was sucking up waaay more power than what he was shown).

He also said the reason they were upgrading their fire safety system was bc the previous system was sensor based and integrated with a centralized temperature regulation thing. I guess one employee was hot and wanted the ac to kick in in his room so he lit a match under the sensor but it caused sprinklers to go off throughout the base lol.

Phil and William Cooper were the first two I learned anything from. Everyone I know in my personal and professional life has ridiculed me for believing them the last 25 years, but Grusch is claiming essentially the same things and I’m pretty much convinced there’s some truth in all of this. Whether it all comes out or not, who knows. I do find it strange that Elizondo & Eshed both insinuate 2027 being a hard deadline, and Schneider is saying 2029… something big may really be on the horizon.

Some have pointed out the various issues with the story surrounding the mach 2 trains underground. Another area that makes no sense is the claim of the «Black Budget» being $500 billion per year. In 1995 the entire US defense budget was just under $300 billion. Even today the defense budget is around $800 billion. No way you could hide $500 billion of that in «black» programs.

AFAIK wasn’t this guy a delusional, compulsive liar and a diagnosed schizophrenic? I love his presentation, however. Subject matter is highly engaging regardless of whether it’s bullshit or not.
I remember seeing Mr. Schneiders presentation, and listening to his story, I was captivated and deeply curious.
I immediately wanted to find out more, and after doing some deep diving into his background along with some of the claims he was making, and not to mention interviews with his family after his passing, I came to the conclusion that he may have just been a very disillusioned and very sick dying man, who very much wanted this to all be true.
Several of the details that have to do with his Dulce base underground battle with aliens, fall apart under the slightest scrutiny.
His family also was quick to point out that after finding out her had cancer he quickly deteriorated mentally, and the injuries he had were explained by a job site accident when he was a little younger and that he wasn’t involved in the government the way he said he was. His family seemed to think that he had become delusional and believed his own stories thus becoming a much referenced player in the disclosure attempts of the 90s.
But like I said as much as I like his stories, and the man himself, he more than likely was a dying man who wanted to believe so badly that he lived out his final years in a self built fantasy, expanding and playing the role he gave himself as an industrial complex construction and military insider.
Some of the points that are highlighted as inaccurate and impossible include his mention of I believe it was green berets, and then also the types of guns they were using, and several other parts of his story that many people familiar with the military and the projects he spoke about, were quick to point out as inaccurate if not completely fabricated.
Again it could all be a huge cover up on the governments part to discredit a leaker, but more than likely it was the other situation.

Here’s what I can vouch for:
1. The military has satellites that can see the head of a dime as he says. I’ve heard this from my space law professor over a decade ago among others. The reason he says we don’t reveal this is because it opens us up to liability if a kid gets killed in a drone attack for instance and the public might find the privacy concerns concerning (probably not the best way to state that).
2. Phil carrying a foreign made gun at the time wouldn’t be that unusual as the military does issue foreign manufactured arms. Walther ppks I haven’t heard of being issued and really wasn’t aware of it outside of James Bond novels.
3. There are various tunnels in the US and secret trains supposedly carrying money in DC in particular (ghost trains) that have military etc on board and don’t stop at the usual stops. They aren’t Japanese or Chinese maglevs like the Shinkansen that would be capable of approximately Mach 0.5 but Elon Musk’s hyperloop could have become something similar.
4. The Michigan UFO incident of 1994 with hundreds of witnesses who called in for hours to the local police in 42 counties, and a meteorologist who tracked these things indicated they had the type of technology that would make something like an underground tunnel network with high speed trains a breeze even if it would take our best billion dollar tunnel boring machines a long time to do it.
That being said, in spite of everything coming out with whistleblowers like David Grush and Michael Herrera, I don’t believe this guy (and one of the main reasons is his own testimony- I have a hard time believing he’s even an engineer let alone the other stuff).
Sorry but how do 66 “green berets” go missing suddenly and no one else is looking into it, not even their family? I watched the video Stelios Kyre posted 10 years ago of him speaking on it for over and hour and it doesn’t sound credible. It also sounds like he’s saying his reaction put us at war with the Greys and led to the whole incident. He smelled one, saw it, and from the space suit contraption he was wearing decided to start shooting violating whatever treaty we had with them? That sounds like pure science fiction and poorly written at that. His sister says he was depressed and committed suicide. He came up with the story while in a mental institution and amputated his own fingers.

Is there any chance it’s actually true and part of the massive coverup Grush was talking about? Sure, anything is possible, but this one is so far out there and detailed I can’t begin to take it seriously. Herrera’s account sounds believable. Grush’s too. This is as step too far…I’d really like to separate it from the very credible whistleblower reports we’ve had as of late.
I’d suggest the Why Files episode on this on YT. Fairly easily debunked.
This is all news to me. I’ve never heard of this guy. If all that is true then disclosure has to happen and SOON!
That is absurd, from beginning to end. The scale of every claim is mind numbing. For example, there are “100,000” missing children. Granted there are many, many kids that listed as abducted, or worse, dead. However, the huge majority of kids in perilous situations are victims of various types of custody or domestic violence situations. 100,000 “missing” children is absolute baselesss.
There’s been some serious claims Phil was mentally Ill, that he was institutionalized in a mental health hospital, and he mutilated his own body. There is a still a very small chance his claims are true, but a significantly higher chance that his stories are actually hallucinations/delusions. And I strongly believe Dave Grusch’s story and many other whistleblowers.
Phil Schneider has never seemed like a sane individual. he lacks the credentials and proof any of this occurred anywhere except his imagination; he lied about virtually everything from his background to his lineage. There was a great documentary from “Joe from the Carolina’s” YouTube channel about this, but the whole channel has been made private, not sure why.
