That testimony by the former Marine, Michael Hererra could be very very credible, because there is another context that not many people know.
He saw that hovering Octagonal UFO with weapons being loaded to the hovering octagonal UFO near Padang, Sumatra, Indonesia in 2009 after an 7.6 earthquake. He said he was also forced to sign an NDA (Non Disclosure Agreements) after that, the only thing he can recall is that it said ‘TS/SCI’, Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information. And it had Indonesia on it
Here is the context that i want to add that could probably strengthen his testimony:
**The President of Indonesia, Soesilo Bambang Yudhoyono, was in USA for G20 meeting when that black ops UFO incident happened in Padang.** He also met with Obama (He even invited Obama to come to Indonesia, and Obama did come to Indonesia in 2010). The President of Indonesia even flew straight to Padang from USA after that, even though he was told by his ministers that the situation in Padang after that earthquake was normal and he didn’t need to come. So yeah, two countries that we are now know for sure involved in that black ops UFO operation are USA and Indonesia.
Furthermore, notice that someone mentioned something about earthquake generator in the recent livestream, and that 2009 UFO in Padang was seen after an earthquake.
To me, the fact that radars had been set such that these objects could go about undetected in US airspace seems a little too superconvienient.
So the government spends billions on black projects, only to shoot them down ? Why wouldn’t the operators dodge the aircraft and fly the UAPs away to safety ? Seems odd if they allowed such advanced and expensive tech to be shot down
