  1. >Garry Nolan discusses UFO crash retrievals, reverse engineering programs, and recent whistleblower testimony that has rocked Washington D.C.

Pretty interesting testimony. He states he is 100% sure of alien presence and reverse engineering.

    ——————-

    edit: GPT4 translation of transcript:

«I’m curious, do you believe that extraterrestrial intelligence has visited planet Earth?»

«I think you can go a step further; it hasn’t just visited — it’s been here a long time and it’s still here. People talk about the WOW signal looking for extraterrestrial intelligence. The WOW signal is that people see it on an almost regular basis. That’s the communication that’s already here and that statement seems so incredible that it’s tough to believe. People hear that and maybe a lot of people hear that and they don’t believe it.

So, I’m curious, if you had to assign a probability to that statement that you believe extraterrestrial intelligence has visited this planet, what probability would you assign?»

«A hundred percent. And that’s not just my opinion. Look, the National Defense Appropriation Act passed last year signed by Biden in December. 30 pages of that is the establishment of an unidentified aerial phenomenon office. The establishments of looking into the harm that’s happened to an even number of individuals going back to 1945 and looking at the disinformation and misinformation that has been basically articulated over the decades.

12 U.S senators have signed on to a document that basically says we want the information. The establishment of an office in the Department of Defense has 25 people working in it right now. Their goal is collecting the information across all of the U.S Department of Defense intelligence offices and collation of that into a uniform format for the very first time, and provision of that then to Congress.

The creation of a whistleblower’s program specifically allows people from within who’ve been working on the reverse engineering programs of objects to come in and break their oaths but it’s specifically just to talk to Congress and give that information in classified settings. The most recent one happened just last weekend and it created quite a hornet’s nest in Washington.

So we start at the top, we say there’s 100% probability that extraterrestrial intelligence has visited Earth, now we have to go down to why that statement may be true, why you believe that statement is true.

The most compelling evidence to support that statement is you just need to look at what your government is doing right now about it. Go and look at the number of politicians on both sides of the aisle who have come together and signed off on this statement. I was involved last year with putting together some of the wording of that NDAA which was passed into law.

They’re basing their opinions on the dozens of individuals who, in one manner or another, have come forward and talked to them in classified settings. Then, my personal experiences with the individuals who are, well, the one person who actually was involved with collecting a lot of that original information and then my experience with people who, frankly, I know have worked or are working on the reverse engineering programs.

Reverse engineering programs of downed craft now raise the first question: If they’re so freaking advanced, why are they crashing? What’s crashing is not actual living things. If you wanted to study a tribe of cannibals in the middle of the Amazon, are you going to go yourself and show up in the middle of the tribe? Hopefully not!

If you’re an advanced intelligence (and I don’t think we’re all that advanced), you’re not going to basically put your life and limb at risk by coming here. So mostly what you’re seeing here are either drones or some sort of advanced AI.

We’re already dealing with an alien intelligence in our own emails, right, our own Chat GPT etc. We don’t even know what it’s doing, so imagine if you were a million years ahead of us. How do you have a dialogue with something like that or what could it possibly do?

    part 2:

    15:51
need to bring together the great minds from various fields and actually get them interested in the topic, instead of them worrying about their career or reputation. Let’s not let the social stigma deter us from exploring something that could potentially have far-reaching implications. We need to create a collaborative environment where scientists, researchers, and even enthusiasts can share ideas and data.

    15:57
Next, it’s important to improve access to information. Let’s increase transparency and allow more people to analyze the data. Perhaps we can establish open source projects to ensure that a broad base of people, regardless of their field of study, can look at the evidence and contribute their insights.

    16:02
Finally, it’s crucial to encourage scientific curiosity about these phenomena. Let’s challenge the preconceived notions and the status quo. Instead of dismissing these occurrences as unexplained or merely attributing them to a misunderstanding of existing phenomena, let’s actively investigate them. Let’s encourage the spirit of discovery, the quest for knowledge, and the scientific method, even when the subject matter may seem a bit outlandish or fringe.

    16:07
In the end, it’s not about whether we find aliens or discover new principles of physics, it’s about exploring the unknown and expanding our understanding of the universe. That’s the essence of science, and I believe it’s an endeavor we should all support.

    16:10
And that’s my vision, that’s the future I believe we should collectively strive for. Together, we might just uncover something truly revolutionary. It might not be easy, it might not be immediate, but it will definitely be worth it.

    16:14
But remember, we should approach this subject with an open mind, but also with a healthy dose of skepticism. Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence, and until we have that evidence, we should remain open to all possibilities. It’s not about belief, it’s about inquiry and understanding. So let’s get started, let’s accelerate this process, and let’s explore the universe.

  2. No question Garry Nolan is a very reputable person, and he is very well spoken. He is however keeping everything in the vague, just as much as all the others (ranging from Corbell, to Greer, to Lue Elizondo). He may not be in the position to do so, but I sort of wish he would just show a compelling piece of evidence for the claims he’s making.

I’m not implying that he isn’t telling the truth, it’s just that, at the same time it would be unreasonable to just believe anything of what he’s saying. Claiming things like there was a whistleblower last week are impossible to verify, and anyone could be making those claims. Insisting that you have to read between the lines of what the legislation is doing is not strong evidence; it’s just a more elegant way of saying «trust me bro».

As things are, I’ll continue to follow this; he definitely seems like the most trustworthy person in all of this, regardless.

  3. That man is a gift. I’m thankful to have someone with his credentials and demonstrated intelligence talking about this issue out in the open. I think we can learn a lot from his approach to the topic too. Bravo.

  4. Can someone explain to me the connection this guy has to disclosure efforts and why he is relevant?
I looked him up on Google, says he’s a pathologist. Not sure where I can find information that would make it make sense to me why this guy is testifying to congress about black budget reverse engineering projects.

  5. How can you tell this is disclosure run by millennials?

So here you have this absolutely credible confirmed by the government to be at least in on things nobody’s come out and challenged him the same way they’ve challenged Bob lazar. He’s absolutely dropping bombs saying there’s crafts saying all this wild shit and at one point the interviewer goes:

‘So we got about a minute 45 left and we’ve covered a lot of things here today got one final question for you»

Like literally he could have totally possibly got way more out of this interview but he was following a fucking time guide. That’s like throwing away a lottery ticket like one of those Powerball ones and then realizing oops oh well can’t miss what you didn’t have!

  6. I truly feel sorry for those of us who haven’t experienced a sighting or encounter personally.

It’s just stunning to read some of the comments where people are dismissive of Dr. Nolan’s statements. It’s like there are 2-different realities.

I definitely look forward to the day when we can all see the physical craft they have in their possession.

Still there will be individuals who refuse to accept it. Probably the only thing that will convince them is being abducted.
